Preparing Surfaces
We are job professionals when it comes to preparing by masking off and covering the work area with drop clothes or plastic, removing switches, outlet covers and other hardware as necessary. These items will be re-installed at the end of the workday or before the job is completed.

Cleaning Surfaces
Good paint performance depends on good paint adhesion, and paint adheres best to surfaces that are clean and sound. Accumulated dirt and mildew is removed with a pressure washer as needed.

Repairing Surfaces
Any loose paint will be scraped, wire-brushed and sanded as needed. Defective caulking is removed and a premium 45 year acrylic silicon caulking is applied to achieve optimal wood protection.

Priming/Sealing Surfaces
Any previously unpainted, unstained or other serious discoloration surface will be primed/sealed before painting. A primer/sealer ensures much better adhesion and uniformity of the new coat.

Unless otherwise noted in the Work Order, it will be the (Home Owners) responsibility to prepare the work area. We ask that vehicles, lawn furnishings and childrens toys be move to safe storage until work is complete. Please contact us if assistances will be required.
